2025 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 30)
Day 09 of November 2025, on Belém.
WHAT: The 2025 United Nations Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 30), to be held in Belém, Brazil. The event will comprise the 30th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 30), the 20th meeting of the CMP (Kyoto Protocol), the 7th meeting of the CMA (Paris Agreement), and the 63rd sessions of the Subsidiary Bodies — SBSTA and SBI. The conference will convene world leaders, policymakers, scientists, civil society, and private sector representatives to advance global efforts on mitigation, adaptation, and climate finance, strengthening implementation of the Paris Agreement.
WHO: Organized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and hosted by the Government of Brazil, with participation from heads of state, negotiators, scientists, NGOs, youth, and the private sector.
WHEN: 9–20 November 2025.
WHERE: Belém, Brazil.
