Resumo
The evaluation study will contribute to the ongoing discussions on use of various financial instruments in Danish aid programmes, and the hard choice of applying the right instruments in specific contexts. There is a special focus on the use of guarantees and the study builds on examples from three Danida-supported bilateral programmes (aBi Trust in Uganda, MESPT in Kenya and PASS in Tanzania).
