In the course of 2018, MASHAV proudly marked its 60th anniversary in a wide range of events, in Israel and around the world, attempting to reach a maximum number of audiences from our partner countries and partner organizations.
This was a year of celebrations and reflections alike. It was a year that marked 60 years since the visionary decision to establish an Israeli Aid and Development Agency.
In the process of planning and implementing our auspicious series of events, we constantly looked back with full admiration at the founding fathers and mothers of our nation for their commendable act. While trying to sum up six decades of Israeli international development work, it was very evident to us, that in the past decades significant shifts in the global development landscape took place.
