The present document describes the overall cooperation framework for technical cooperation among developing countries (TCDC) during the period 1997- 1999 based on resources made available for this purpose by the Executive Board and also those likely to be available from other sources, including the Trust Fund for South-South Cooperation, established by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of General Assembly resolution 50/119.
