Cotton-4 + Togo: A Successful Partnership is a publication meant to share the results from the external evaluation of Project “Support to the Development of the Cotton Sector in Cotton-4 Countries”, also known as Cotton-4 (Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad and Mali), carried out by Consorcio Plan Políticas Públicas e Articulação Sul. In light of the successful experience of such Project and the need to improve internal procedures for managing technical cooperation projects, the Brazilian Cooperation Agency – ABC chose the Cotton-4 Project to pioneer this initiative on independent evaluation, with a view to complying with the terms of the Agency’s new Manual on South-South Cooperation Management.
